The bike mechanic will also be at the event start on the morning of the event. The masseuse team from IMST will provide post cycle massages at the ŠKODA Dome at Clarecastle GAA. At the end of the event each cyclist will be provided with their medal and food to recover after their efforts.
Water Stations – The water stations only provide water for cyclists. These are not food stops so please use the designated feed stations for your solid food fuelling.
